How it works
Updated over a week ago

Stop guessing, start learning. Let’s set you up for success. Here’s what you need to do step by step.

STEP 1: Subscribe to Harmon at “zero” cost and order your “Get Started Package”, that consist in an at-home hormone finger prick blood test and in an up to 45 minutes Initial Consultation with a BHRT Specialist Doctor, at a cost of £89 including VAT for a limited time.

STEP 2: Complete and return your at-home finger prick blood test. Please click here to watch our video on how to prepare for, collect and post your blood sample.

*Please note that if you wish to have an at-home venous draw instead of the finger prick blood test, we are happy to arrange this for you. Please get in touch with us by calling +44(0) 20 4599 3550, Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. Otherwise, you can email us at [email protected], and a member or our team will be able to assist you. We’ll aim to respond you in 1 working day.

STEP 3: When the results of your blood test are ready, you’ll be invited to book an in-depth video or audio only Initial Consultation with one of our BHRT Specialist Doctors through your “My Harmon Health Portal”. Your Harmon Doctor will go through your results, collect your present and past medical history and establish if you’re eligible to receive Personalised Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT).

*Please note that you will be able to access your blood test results only 30 minutes before the Initial Consultation with the Harmon Doctor.

STEP 4: In case you are eligible to be a Harmon’s Member, you will continue your subscription to Harmon and receive monthly personalised bioidentical hormone medication, plus a mandatory Follow-up Consultation with one of our BHRT Specialist Doctor twice a year, and a Follow-up Blood Test once per year. For more information on the subscription options and costs, please visit our Membership section.

To extend healthcare beyond Harmon appointments, we cultivate community through events and workshops that emphasize connectivity, conversation, and ongoing education around hormonal balance and healthy aging.
