Harmon takes hormonal health to the next level by providing personalised hormone medications tailored to your body’s specific needs.

The first 12 months of your journey with us are focused on building a bioidentical hormone treatment regime that matches your own physiology. During this period of time, your Harmon Doctor will be prescribing you “The Harmon Building Regime”, which consists in bioidentical hormone medications that may change every few months, accordingly on how your body will react to the treatment.

Once your symptoms have stabilised and/or your body-specific needs have been established, you will be on “The Harmon Ongoing Regime”. In this case, you will be taking the same bioidentical hormone medication regime over time, and your journey with us will be mainly focused on monitoring the treatment. Please keep in mind that your body’s needs change as you age, therefore there may be still the need to review your treatment and make changes over the years.

GETTING STARTED

  • To start your healthy ageing journey with us, we need to first assess your current hormonal status and understand if you are eligible to receive personalised Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT). It is a very simple process and consists of the following steps:

  • Complete “The Harmon Quiz” which provides insight into your overall hormonal health. Optional and free of charge.

  • Subscribe to Harmon at “zero cost” and order your “Get Started Package” (at a cost of £89 including VAT for a limited time), which consists of an at-home hormone Finger-prick Blood Test and in an up to 45 minutes Initial Consultation with a BHRT Specialist Doctor, to dive deeper into your hormonal & general health.

  • The Specialist BHRT Doctor, following your blood test results and the outcome of your Initial Consultation, will confirm if you are eligible to receive monthly Personalised Bioidentical Hormone Therapy (BHRT). NEXT STEPS IF ELIGIBLE FOR PERSONALISED BHRT (“THE HARMON BUILDING REGIME”)

  • Get your monthly personalized bioidentical hormone medication and begin your personalized health plan. Please click here for further information on our membership programs.

  • Start tracking your progress through “My Harmon Health Portal

  • Reassess your treatment periodically and conduct additional testing to build your perfect bioidentical hormone regime for you: get 2 additional annual appointments with your Harmon Doctor (up to 20 minutes follow-up consultations) plus a follow-up blood test.

  • Unlimited messaging with the Harmon team.

  • Experience a decrease in your symptoms: 80% of Harmon members see improvements in their menopausal and andropause symptoms in the first year.

MAINTENANCE + RESULTS (“THE HARMON ONGOING REGIME”)

  • Continue optimizing your health with the help of your Harmon Doctor: get 2 annual appointments with your Harmon Doctor (up to 20 minutes Follow-up Consultations) plus a Follow-up Blood Test.

  • Keep tracking your progress through your “My Harmon Health Portal”.

  • Unlimited messaging with the Harmon team.

  • Reduce your reliance on prescriptions: 75% of Harmon members reduce their number of necessary prescriptions.

*NOTE: As Harmon is providing personalised treatments tailored to each person’s specific needs, even though it has created a detailed patient journey for its members, some people may require a different pathway that will take into account their unique physiology. In this case, additional follow-ups and blood tests may be required and they will be recommended by the Harmon Doctor. Please be aware that failure to adhere to the Harmon Doctor’s instructions will compromise the results of the treatment.
