How can I cancel my membership?

At Harmon, our membership is set up as an annual plan with the option to pay in monthly instalments or in a single upfront payment. All members have the opportunity to cancel their membership at any point within their annual agreement. Please note that we do not offer refunds on our annual or monthly membership plans. If you make monthly payments on your membership, we will process one final membership fee per your billing cycle after requesting cancellation. You will have access to Harmon services through that billing period. For example, if you are paying £199/month, you will make one more payment of £199 while being able to utilise Harmon services until the end of that period. If you paid for your membership upfront, you will not be charged a final fee to cancel. You will have access to Harmon services through your cancellation date.
