Always take this medicine exactly as your Harmon Doctor have told you. Hormone capsules are to be taken orally, either with or without food.
Please do not open, chew or crush the capsule
Open the capsule pot
Take the number of capsules prescribed
Swallow the capsule(s) with a glass of water
Close the pot and wash your hands.
If you forget to take your hormone capsule(s), take it as soon as you remember and then continue as before. Do not take a double dose to make up for a forgotten dose. If you have any further questions on the use of this medicine, ask your Harmon Doctor.
