How should I apply my cream?
Updated over a week ago

Always use this medicine exactly as your Harmon Doctor have told you. Hormone cream should be applied externally onto the skin unless otherwise specified.

  1. Before applying the hormone cream, wash your hands and the skin where you are going to apply it and make sure the site is dry and unbroken. Do not apply any skin care products before applying your hormone cream.

  2. Remove the lid cap to reveal the actuator

  3. Push the actuator down firmly; this will dispense one measure of the cream

  4. Apply the cream to either the skin on the inside of your forearm or inner thigh, or as directed by your prescriber

  5. Rub the cream for at least 1 minute

  6. Wash your hands after each use

  7. The cream will take 60 minutes to absorb so please refrain from applying anything further during this time. Should you need to apply sunscreen please do so 60 minutes after you’ve applied your hormone cream.

  8. Please do not allow your partner or children to make contact with the area where you have applied your hormone cream. If you cannot avoid being close with your child, wear clothes to cover the application site.

  9. Do not allow pets to lick or touch the site where the hormone cream was applied

If you forget to use hormone cream, use it as soon as you remember and then continue as before. Do not use a double dose to make up for a forgotten dose. If you have any further questions on the use of this medicine, ask your Harmon Doctor.
