How do I reschedule/cancel my consultation?

You can reschedule or cancel your consultation through your “My Harmon Health Portal” under the session “Consultations”. If you need further help, please call us at +44 (0)20 4599 3550, from Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 5.00pm. You can also connect with us through our chatbot or by emailing at [email protected]. We’ll aim to respond within 1 working day. A gentle reminder that, as per our Terms & Conditions, any cancellation of a pre-made appointment must be made at least 2 business days before such appointment. If you re-schedule or cancel a follow-up consultation with less than 2 business days, Harmon reserves the right to charge you for the full consultation fee. Cost of an Initial Consultation (up to 45 minutes) is £ 300, while cost of a Follow-up Consultation (up to 20 minutes) is £ 150.
