Harmon is a telehealth company, which involves the delivery of health care services using electronic communications between a health care provider and a patient who are not in the same physical location. It is essential that we receive comprehensive medical information of your overall health ahead of your consultations. This allows us to provide you with our service safely and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
We ask that you submit any screening exam report or any medical document you might have, ahead of your consultation with the Doctor. Please note that without this information, we cannot proceed with your consultation.
This must be completed at least 48 hours ahead of your consultation, any later than this may result in your consultation being cancelled or rescheduled.

STEP 1) Log into your “My Harmon Health Portal” and CLICK on “Medical Documents”

STEP 2) Once you are in the “Onboarding Documents’ Page”, CLICK on “Additional Medical Documents”

STEP 3) Once you are in the “Additional Documents’ Page”, CLICK on “Drop your image/pdf here or Browse”. You can view the uploaded medical documents by clicking on “View previously uploaded files”.

Routine Blood Tests results.
